smd component identification
« on: March 28, 2019, 07:34:53 am »
Hello everyone! I am trying to identify 2 regulators of positive and negative voltage (maybe 3v / -3v) going to power an integrated circuit SC9711, their respective markings are: 3A, 5A. I attach the photo of their boxes. Can you help me?? Thanks in advance :-+

I am dealing with such issues for a long period by now..

It has become a nonsense such simple markings once on  the tables
you find that every fab use their own meaning for the letter

What is DIGIT-LETTER  may be anything - from transistor to diode or regulator.

Someone at some point must put things at the proper serious level.
about 50% of smd  I tried I found NOTHING AT ALL about it.

kinda dark age of serious electronics
