Atten ADS1022C+ not work after firmware upgrade

Please Help !
my Atten ADS1022C+ not work after firmware upgrade ((

I have only flash dump from ADS1102CAL (7" display)
after flash this dump, i upgrade original Atten ADS1000 series firmware from USB, and get an almost working DSO
due to non-compliance hardware ((

I need Atten ADS1022C+..ADS1042..ADS1062 or Siglent SDS1022C  Flash dump.
and Siglent SDS1022C latest Firmware

I have ADS1022C+ . I build WIGGLER JTAG. I run TopJTAGFlash and  update *.ads file format. After ca. 3h update completed and scope displayed dark screen. I need correctly dump for my scope. Thx

So as all of you trying to fix bugs on my siglent sds1102cm 5" by flashing sds1102cnl firmware
I flash mydso_ok.zip  directly in S29GL032n90TFI04 by programmer, because it's too quickly for me. Now it's works perfectly well, but recognising as ADS1102C+. I think, this dump will be work with all ADS1042C+    ADS1022C+ and SDS1152CM    SDS1102CM    SDS1062CM models. Lecroy PC application easy scope  Version 3.01.03.01.09  https://teledynelecroy.com/support/softwaredownload/easyscope.aspx works perfectly good for me

Hello I have done the same mistake of flashing the 7 inch firmware for my ATTEN ADS 1062C ...now it is unusuable.
