Not the exact PSU as the schematic given appears to be for up to 42" models:
http://www.go-gddq.com/upload/2009_06/LC8-2A-LA.pdf

Possibly close enough to at least help understand.
From personal experience with these psu's and from a first glance at the schematic beware of, (referring to schematic in link):

(bulging secondary capacitors of course...)
Bad solders on transformers
IC901 (ICE3AS02 standby power PWM)
C613,C625,C626 on main power
C310,C311,C315 on backlight power

thanks but this is not the right schematic.
the broken circuit is a fairchild FSQ510, there is none in this manual.
I replaced it (and a fried resistor)  but the power is still ticking (one relay is ticking in fact)

the tick maybe a synonym of an short circuit still present, the supply tries to start and shutdown because of the short ???
