Rohde and Schwarz synth schematic for SMIQ03E rf gen

I have a failed TSYN synthesizer card in my R and S SMIQ rf generator and no schematic.  I have looked in all the usual places, no joy.  I have the service text description but no schematic.

Does anybody have this file or know where to get it?  (r and S told me to go fly a kite).
I have the SMIQ 03 E (which seems to use the SMT synthesizer card)
