Help to identify burnt mosfet
« on: December 11, 2023, 09:20:27 am »
Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could help me identify this mosfet?

I think it says "KJUNO" on top row "5" in the center followed by an explosion and "9A322" on the bottom row.

Best regards from Sweden!

Wow thank you guys!

Now i just need to find something to replace it with, doesn't look easy to find something similar, how important is it to get about the same values? It is mounted on a PCB that powers the lights in the interior on an old car.

Maybe.
I just noticed that there is a third line of text in the middle, which seems to start with 5.
