Agilent 54622D question+E3615A
« on: May 14, 2020, 04:55:52 pm »
Hello,

It's me again with nitpicky question.

I have 2 54622D scopes. On one of them battery should be replaced. And on that on which battery should be replaced during first power up i have noticed something which makes me concerned.

So this is the situation:

when i pust "quick measurement" key, on the left corner for a fraction of a second i can see a message "incomplete". Even when the signal is connected. If i push the key again no message "incomplete". Here you can see if watch a video carefully by pausing it: https://easyupload.io/t9cm2f

On the other scope which does not need battery replacement during first power up there is no message "incomplete" if i push quick measurement key. But when i push it and if i choose one of the options offered such as measure frequency i can see the message "incomplete, also for a fraction of a second and you can see it here:  https://easyupload.io/3h218w But you have to watch video by pausing it. So my general question is: is this behaviour normal or i should be concerned? Interesting, but i haven't noticed that before.
I have a d*mn good eye and as i wrote above i am nitpicky...

Also i have second question regarding E3615A power supply.

Why during powering up the amp meter shows some values?

You can see it here: https://easyupload.io/r0ycjn

Thank you guys in advance!
