FLUKE 5520A starting up problem

Hi
I have a FLUKE 5520A which due to a problem with the power button (stuck button), I disconnected it before not completed warm up time.
then when I turn it on again it shows me the following message  " starting up " and it remains in a permanent loop

hi ,

problem is generated by dds board , check cmos ic's.
