Sound digital 8000.1D repair

Hello,

I have a SD 8000.1D which a capacitor came loose on. It seems to have broken a mosfet, resistor and a diode. Can i replace just one single mosfet with a new? And i need some help identifying the diode, it's marked H5 and 6 or 9 lying down.

Some components are selected, paired and so on.
In that case you have to select again and change the whole set.

Diode seems to be a 15V zener.
