Incase people missed it, some pretty in depth discussion of Battery Day announcements with Sandy Munroe, Bob Galyen (Battery Technology Advisor) and John McElroy (Automotive Industry Journalist/Expert). Easily more combined experience there than anybody here has been alive.

These are the same "experts" that said Tesla is going to introduce a solid state battery?
And the ones, that claim that the Model 3 gained 10% range with a bunch of hose pipes?

Not sure how else to say it but you are WRONG. 
If you would have wanted the video they talk about Solid State Batteries and how irrelevant they are to Tesla.
In this video they talk about the gain Tesla gets with a “bunch of hoses”.  It is brilliant!

Next time watch the video before posting a bunch of lies and telling others not to watch it.

This video is WORTH watching if you are into EV battery technology, hydrogen powered vehicles, and how brilliant Elon and the folks at Tesla are. Don’t tell people not to watch a video if you take the time to watch it yourself. 

In the future try making positive factual posts instead of negative ones filled with lies.

Do the figures presented here seem accurate?

Yes, they are on point, a good estimation.
Energy efficiency is one of the most important point for running costs, and those figures are correct.

I didn’t post the video, but did watch it.  Wasn’t it good?  Sandy has such a good way of analyzing and presenting what really matters. I was hoping they would talk about Nikola.  They said they received some questions and then briefly talked about hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.  Appears Nikola’s trucks are as good as Theranos blood testing machines.

Raising the topic of scammers wouldn't really help the conversation, would it? Every new technology attracts scammers. They are pretty much a given, and anything they say needs to be excluded from the conversation, as it can only derail it.

Yes. Really, for a company speaking about producing anything, not being even able to make a proto EV run without a fuel cell shows they have no clue, only ppt presentations.
Running an EV conversion from off the shelf parts is trivial for an engineer. Selling your concept is trivial for a marketeer.
Nikola seems to be full of Marketeers, without a single electrical engineer in sight.

Still looking at the video. They speak about FCEVs at 1h20 in the video.
Fuel cell are not for cars. it's that simple. They are acceptable for localized seasonal energy storage.
They have no. single. advantage. whatsoever over a battery inside a car.
