Tactile Power Button

Hi,
We are using this Push-button power switch
https://www.adafruit.com/product/1400
I know it's not the best for the power button but we put it on our PCB already.
The problem now is with the membrane switch we use to connect to this instead of the push button
https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/shopping?q=tbn:ANd9GcRNmPsr2f_CTOflObuuBWFaPOk_xCZz3ri6sBzrwkrR_dq-3GCK4zaDY2uoYRVe18YzglCyqU9yOeAml1lt1R6Mmc41GRbR6vFDWNBRAcsmzflc_UrgutxkYw&usqp=CAE
Look like it's really sensitive. Sometimes when I was moving the PCB, the board got power. Or maybe power off when it's on.
I know we could change to a better button but is there any quick fix for this problem. We even removed the membrane switch and we still had the same problem but happened less.
Is there only because of the membrane switch or anything could trigger the power button?
