Ikea stuff will at least be safe!
Pi's tend to be rather sensitive about their supply voltage, it needs to be at the top end of the 5V tolerance range (up to 5.25V) for reliable operation, particularly if powering any Hats.
The official Pi power supply is rated 5.1V @ 3A. Actually, why don't you buy an official one? They're not expensive and you'll have peace of mind.
