We need to do Full Bridge, 120W, Vin = 90VDC, 24Vout, FSW 100-200kHz we'll see.
We need overload protection.
Its best to just use a cheap, simple , 8pin, single output, current mode controller (one that has inbuilt overload protection) and add D Type, Buffers, Dual Analog switch and FET drivers…as attached..
But nobody does this.
There is no offTheShelf Full Bridge driver IC with inBuilt Overload protection….the extra components here are cheaper than having a Full Bridge control IC with the added components to do overload protection.
So why is it not done? (I take many apart...nobody do this.)
