Which BPW34?? radiation sensor is better

Hi,
Does anyone know which version if this BPW34 would be best for this nuclear radiation sensor circuit.
Anyone tried this design (diode + amplifier)?

Farnell does seem to have many variants like (VBPW34FAS), which one would be better for this design, blocking light filter seems good assuming it doesn't block radiation, any nuclear radiation experts here?

Any of them, as you are going to keep it in the dark. Best is to select the low dark current units though, less noise.
