add a power supply - 12V at 4-5A
then you'll have to make a frame to mount the panels and control board.
then some sort of stand / way to actually use it as a general purpose display - vesa mount to an of the shelf adjustable arm / re-use the foot of another monitor / etc
to keep in mind:
- the CCFL tubes degrade over time and get weak / yellow
- the vga / s-video inputs of those boards are almost useless.
in my opinion: it's a good exercise in mechanical design - even better if you have access to a decent workshop.
if you really need a display, you can get a good second hand one for way less than the cost of reusing those panels (even for free of you ask around)
