Part identification

Hi all,
can you please help me to identify part on the PCB. The PCB is thermocouple to 0 - 10 V converter.

Most likely an ADC from Analog Devices considering it's location next to the digital isolator.
AD7684 perhaps. (which has C1D marking)

Thanks! AD7684 has exactly the pinout as expected on the PCB.
