yea I think you will in general experience a pain in the ass removing epoxy from anything
i think it will foul your surface grinder stone

I know this is an old thread, but I was wondering if using FEP film, as used in 3D resin printers, for the solder mask film might work. Don't know if toner will stick to it though.

freezing it before working might help, this might be application of cryogrinding, in reference to grinding epoxy
