Hello,
I'm on upgrading a power supply design in one of my product. Getting power from PoE Line. Getting already good control over PoE management chip (TPS2373)
I would like to adapt the power stage commanded by our MCU.
Setup the TSP2373 to 20W - 50W - 90W class when needed and adjust our converter stage to output 20V for the 20W use and up to 40V for the 90W.
I'm looking on the Forward clamp converter topology (around UCC2897 for example), but I'm not sure of its ajustability capabilities and the possibility of low delta input-output (52V input, 40V output 2,3A).
Got already one running for a fiw 20W with TPS23754
20W: 45Vin to 20Vout 1A
adjustable to
90W: 52-57Vin to 40Vout 2,3A
Have you any advice or other topology?
Where could I get resources and methodology to design such power supply? Want to learn for getting a step further of my experience on Buck-Boost.
Thank you!
