MC68SEC000?

Does anyone have any experience with MC68SEC000? How much difference is there between this chip and MC68HC000? How to program the chip? Will GCC work or do I need to use something exotic like SDCC? Is there some kind of memory conventions? How to hook up standard parallel NOR Flash ROM and SRAM to the thing? What about the dreaded DTACK line? Can I mix 8-bit and 16-bit peripherals?

The 68SEC000 can be used in place of 68HC000 with no problems. The difference is the option to build a system with 8-bit bus. Software/firmware is the same.
