I think it is prefect for my current design, I haven't been able to find a datasheet for it yet. I assume I just connect the P0 pins to digital I/O
Looks like it does *not* include an antenna. If that's true, you've still got some PCB work to make the thing functional, not to mention FCC certification, if you care about such things. The rest of the datasheet seems to quote Nordic's chip specs. Most likely, they just solder the chip on their PCB, add a crystal, some decoupling caps, and a matching network for the antenna, but you still have to program the chip to make it do anything. That's non-trivial.
