Probably. You can check with multimeter to check which pairs belong to which winding. If each winding has a red and green wire, and if currently the two reds and the two greens are shorted, then connect a red from one winding to the green of the other.
But sure the board that that connector plugs into doesn't have provision for selecting the voltage? A switch, or there are links on the board? That is what I would expect.
Also if there is a fuse, you can change to half the current.
