With the chip shortage I have decided to redesign one of my products before supply becomes an issue. It uses a linear part that is really nice but having only one vendor is making me nervous.

Does anyone have any recommendations for jellybean DCDC ICs available from multiple companies with the following requirements
- input 9-30V  output 14V @ 3A (must be buck+boost / sepic)
- Inductor based
- 3A continues (without running at max temp)
- Price is not really an issue (eg, chip must be under $7 in 100 volume but cheaper is obviously better.)
- Ideally an intergraded driver, but I suspect for 3A it will need external fet.
- Bonus points if it includes internal hardware for output current regulation.

It will be used in a battery charger.
It doesn't need to be "smart" at all, just pump 3A between two batteries when its on with under volt input limit and over current + over voltage output limit.  I already have the external circuitry sorted for rev polarity issues etc..

Any chip recommendations?
Thanks in advance
