The Start of the End - Final Engineering Project
« on: November 17, 2012, 02:23:20 am »
Today I start this video series of my final project in the engineering program. I've decided to build a variable speed drive, which will us frequency to control the speed of induction motors, also incorporating a vast array of circuit protection (digital Circuit Breakers), and using feedback to ensure regulation. Soft start and stop is a feature I will want to incorporate as well. This video is the first that will document the entire project from the start to finish and everything in between(both the good days and bad).

Hopefully you enjoy...

Any feedback is appreciated!
