Hey guys,
just quick question on a little toasted diode I have here on a PCB. It is a SOT23 package and it is reading 6C12. I couldn't find any info online. Anyone an idea what values it has? Datasheet?
Thanks for your help!

6C is consistent with a BC817 transistor:

does the device have two leads connected? a diode connected transistor may be labeled as a diode on the board. I cant see what all is around it, so a diode connected transistor may be used for temperature sensing, or for biasing other transistors.

It's a Rohm STZ6.8N dual, common anode 6.8V zener diode.

I've noticed that for some reason, there have been an unusually large number of Rohm component identification requests recently.
