Solderless press-fit connectors
« on: April 04, 2022, 05:04:48 am »
Can anyone recommend a supplier for solderless press-fit circuit board connectors?  So far the only manufacturer I can find is Mill-Max, but I'm sure there must be others.  I'm looking to replace 0.1" headers, and JST-style connectors.

Würth Redfit is really interesting. I’ve been meaning to try those out.

Harwin and Samtec make some.

I think you just need to dig a little deeper. They’re out there. I just suspect that due to the markets that use them most (like automotive), they’re not terribly prevalent at retail, but have to be ordered from the manufacturers.
