Anyone have specs for ENI / Motorola ENI-1B Transistor?

I have an ENI OEM-6 RF Plasma Generator whose driver/preamp DC regulator has failed - on it, an ENI-1B transistor purportedly made custom for ENI by Motorola, who some surmise may be a more common transistor that Motorola "binned" (selected those matching a tighter specification) during manufacturing and relabled for ENI as a custom part.

At any rate, if this ENI-1B transistor is based on another common transistor, I would like to know which one so I can replace the defective one.
