Does anyone know what the difference between these two Samsung MLCCs could be?

CL31B106KQHNNN - https://product.samsungsem.com/mlcc/CL31B106KQHNNN.do
CL31B106KQHNFN - https://product.samsungsem.com/mlcc/CL31B106KQHNFN.do

The only difference I can see is that the different letter in the PN (NNN vs NFN at the end) indicates "Product for POWER application" according to the spec sheet. However, they appear to have essentially identical characteristics otherwise.

Looking at the second page of the spec sheet I do see one the "power" MLCC has the text I marked between *** added.

Bending Strength
Judgement:
Capacitance change: within ±10%
Test condition:
Bending to the limit (1mm) with 1.0mm/sec. ***Outgoing test (SPL) ClassⅡ: 2mm***

I'm guessing this means the "power" MLCC has additional bending tests done at the end of the production line? What does SPL Class II mean though?

I see Samsung has a MLCC reliabilitiy level option of "Normal Capacitors_High Level Ⅱ" but neither of these part numbers fall in to that category in the Samsung MLCC catalog.
