RFID based Door access control system

I want to make commercial project based on RFID based Door access control system for company. There are at least 154 doors 

Which RFID module and Microcontroller/ Processor will you suggest for project ?

I found raspberry pi 4 8GB and ESP32 on internet  but I am not sure about their performance

What will your choice if you want to develop this project ?

Kindly enlighten us more about how you want to accomplish this project. Are you going to use 154 different RFID readers attached to each of the 154 doors?
