Connecting Audio USB controller in VL812 USB 3 HUB

Hello,
Currently I am working in VL812 USB 3.0 Hub Controller (B1),http://www.datasheetspdf.com/datasheet/VL812.html.
My project plan is to connect an audio usb controller (PCM2912A) with it,  http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/pcm2912a.pdf .

Let me know what difficulties can arise.
