Looking for possible MOSFET identification
« on: July 26, 2024, 05:47:49 pm »
Hi all,

A motherboard blow up due to a possible un expected over voltage in the input, after short looking, I noticed an area which was damaged, looks like they are MOSFETs due to the fact they are close to a possible PMIC and Inductors, the point is that after taking a look to the numbering on other MOSFET close to the damaged one:

7534NL1G12

Could be an AON7534, but the rest of the PN, either I cannot find it, or it is not critical, do someone knows a bit more regarding how AON Semi name their mosfets? Could I replace it for a AON7534?

Any help will be welcome!

Thanks!!

Found this, their marking guide. you should be good to replace it with AON7534.
