Cheap grayscale OLEDs?

Are there cheap (< 10 EUR) OLED displays that can display grays? 4 shades of gray would be enough, 16 would be plenty.

All I can find on ebay and aliexpress are either monochrome displays (about 3 EUR) or 65k color displays (around 12 EUR). Did the OLED technology skip the monochrome step?
