Can you help me find a Rotary Potentiometer with a switch?

I expected to be able to find pot's with rotational switches built in... but i just don't see them in the form factor or price point i expect 

Ideally i would like to find one with a form factor similar to the one pictured here http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/EVU-F2LFL3B53/P3K1502-ND/243636
vertical (top) adjust
Resistance in the 10k-100k range
single rotation
with a rotary switch or a single detent at <= 10% (thinking outside the box i could actually do without the switch given a well placed detent)
and ideally in the under $2 price point but absolutely under $5


Has anyone seen such a thing?
