Hi I am looking for a material with the above properties, I am leaning toward the material used for common thermal-pads however I do not know the name of this material, nor where to buy it on a large roll.
The material needs to be cheap as each product will use a large amount, ideally I want the roll to be 300-500mm wide.
Any Ideas?

3M is probably the best source:

Otherwise search for:
"thermally conductive silicone sheet"

BN epoxy (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6723785/)
BN = boron nitride
Sometimes called white graphite is it is slippery like graphite.  You could make your own paste.

Berquist make the SIL PAD, they are ubiquitous in electronics... Perhaps you can also find cheap no name versions.

The legit stuff is pretty pricey, alibaba grade would be good for my application though.
Thanks

I am more after the foam style material with some thickness, the product is a heated pad for an animal, so I want to keep the nichrome wires a distance away from the skin, it just needs to conduct heat well for a foam.
I have seen pads like this in products I have dismantled, never a large one though, really anything with half decent thermal properties will do, just need decent conduction on a 3-4mm thick pad

I was going to suggest Kapton (polyimide); comes in sheets or tape of various widths.  Expense is debatable.
See comparison here: https://sound-au.com/heatsinks.htm#s7

But given your last post, I think you're looking for what they put in consumer electric blankets/pads.

Fiberglass cloth/fabric maybe?
