Help to identify this device.

Hi all.

I have a number of these devices (see picture) that i have not been able to identify.
I did some search without any luck.

The device is from ON semi.
It is a diode. It measures 0.2V (SCHOTTKY).
I need some data to check is it is suitable for project.
