Datasheet for a HQ43 marked parr

I can not find the datasheet of this HQ43 part (I suppose a buck or probably a boost converter) that it seems it drives the led buttons from a pioneer car radio CD.

Some LEDs are already burned, is there any such push buttons with LEDs encapsulated available in the market?

That's a 2SA1036. What makes you think a 3-pin sot-23 would be a buck/boost converter with no sign of any inductors nearby...? :o

Thanks, I found the actual component looking at pioneer_deh-p4300r.pdf service manual schematics page 17.

PS: You have right there are no inductors around, it was my 1st thought since it is connected with some LEDs.....
