safety of Chanies line to 3.3 v converter

I wonder if any one tested these small , very low cost converters for safety.

While the price and size are very attempting, I don't have the equipment to test how well isolated they are. I don't care much about EMI for my hobby projects, but safety is another story.

Its a cheap chinese PSU.  The only way to tell for certain is to Hi-Pot test then tear one apart and measure all the clearance and creepage distances, including those for the inter-windng insulation of the transformer.  However the track running under the optocoupler on the back of the board compromising the creepage distance isn't a good sign.
