Could a HT1632 drive 9 5x7 displays?

It can be configured for 24x16 mode.  One more column 25x16 would have made it easier!  With 5x7 displays, this makes an easy 4 wide 2 tall arrangement for 8 characters.  Is there some easy way to fit a 9th character in?  The height is only 7 on the displays, so ROW7 and ROW15 are unused.  Also COL20-23 are unused.  Any ideas?
