Need help translating from Chinese for pwm controller
« on: May 01, 2019, 11:31:30 pm »
I need some help translating .I can't find a manual or get information from the seller or find anything on the net about it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm using this to control the speed of my coil winder that I'm converting from hand crank .That lets both hands free to control the wire feed onto the coils.
I know the black terminal block is from left to right is + power ,- Power and + Motor , - Motor . On the green terminal block the left terminal is connected to Vcc pin 8 on the TLP250 photo coupler shunted by a 1N4747 20v zener tied to ground. the right terminal is tied to the anode of the 817 optocoupler .I'm guessing the green terminal block  is for a remote start/stop
I couldn't find a decent picture or take one that was clear enough to view. so here's the link.

That URL takes me to a PWM controller with no green terminal block or opto-coupler.
Can you post a pic of the particular one you have.

Are we talking about this?   https://www.ebay.com/itm/153224958220
However, the bottom of the PCB does not seem to match the top.

Edit- Corrected PCB bottom thanks to @flooblydust

On the picture, the Chinese text

电源+ : Power Supply +
电源-  : Power Supply -
电机+ :Motor +
电机-  : Motor -

运行 (Operating)
(停止) (Stop)

外部
电位器 (External Pot)

For the DIP switch:

Ah super ! Thank you very much jiarui .I'll have to do up a picture labeling those so others can see it as well.

I'm not that technical with computers so didn't know I could do that .I'll keep that in mind Thanks.

It seems to be manufactured by DongGuan Tsiny Motor Industrial Co. but no documentation for it.
Found a pic of the bottom of the PCB and sketched a schematic of the control input, but I can't see the top-side traces well enough.

It's a bit weird because the MOSFET driver opto-coupler TLP250 gets its power across the 20V zener. I can't see where the cathode goes, if to power or what.
It looks like grounding TB2 pin 1 (goes to zener anode) might be RUN, by providing power to the MOSFET drive opto-coupler.

TB2 pin 2 (+) voltage sends something else as a command to the MCU, or is a return for the 24V control input?
