silent and well balanced 20x6.5mm blower

These ev200d goggles have a very noisy cooling blower. The balance is bad, cheap stuff.
I'd like to replace it with something quality that will not produce vibration and will be silent.
the specs are 20mmx20mmx6.5mm 5V/0.1A
Anyone has a recommendation?
