Project For Designing a PLC Based Barcode Scan Verfier

Hi I am looking for some one who can design me a plc based sollution for putting a barcode scanner that can scan and authenticate a product on an assembly line,

Summing it up
I need a barcode number ie a 12-15 digit number stored in a plc.
the barcode scanner is connected direcltly to the plc
every time it scans a barcode that does not matches the saved barcode in the plc it stops the assembly line,

please help
