EMC - CM DM separator

Hello!

Does anybody know where it is possible to buy a CM DM separator for conducted EMC measurements? I found proposed circuits like this one https://www.edn.com/Home/PrintView?contentItemId=4169136.
I allready contacted the company aemc.fr, however I couldn't find anything on their website.

If it is not possible to buy it I Will make it, but I imagine it is a bit tricky with frequency responses of transformers and other components...

Any tips would be welcome :)
