FET Manufacture Recommendations from LCSC?

Any recommendations for tried and verified manufacturers sold on LCSC? Asking mostly for parts like discrete FETs.
Im familiar with manufacturers like Infineon, NXP, Nexperia for FETs sold on Farnell or Digikey and trust their quality for production use. LCSC has unfamiliar brands like LRC (Leshan Radio Company), UTC, ZRE, HT to list a few. I want to make sure part data sheets are not over specing a part and that they will not prematurely fail if used within specs.

Alpha & Omega (A&O) and Richtek are two non-western brands that I believe are well regarded for discrete FETs. Also things like switching regulators.

Leshan Radio Company is also a decent manufacturer.
They are in the business since many years, sometimes you may find their products in automotive devices.

Depends exactly what you’re looking for but so far we’ve used 100,000s of parts from these companies without issue: Wuxi NCE Power, Oriental Semiconductor Group, Panjit, Suzhou Changjiang Electronics (JCET)

Thanks. Looking for reliable manufacturers for production use. For exmaple 2n7002 is available from a ton of manufacturers on LCSC and the non western brands can be a lot cheaper. Not having used these manufacturers before Im wondering how the same parts can be cheaper and if they are the same quality.

I don't really know why they are cheaper. Could be something harmless like lower company overhead and/or streamlined supply chain or something worse like unethical sourcing of raw material and/or poor environmental practices. Could be that the western brands are just taking way more profit per part. But, I really don't want to make baseless claims.

There are lot of fabless start-ups, which may be okay, but really can't say for sure...unknown track record, unknown quality system, etc. For that reason, I think the big Chinese/Taiwanese brands are your best bet. Still have the cost advantage, while also having a name and reputation to defend.

For generic diodes, small signal transistors, etc., we uses a lot of Panjit. For high voltage MOSFETs, we use a lot Oriental Semiconductor. For low and medium voltage MOSFETs, we use a lot of NCE Power parts. Of course, these brands don't always have the solution you need. It seems that Infineon (et. al.) are typically ahead of the Chinese brands by 2-3 years in terms of technology. We still use lots of Infineon, ST, etc..

Does any one have experience with Anpec Electronics? LCSC has FETs with good specs from them.
