Does anyone have the AFSCP 800-27 "Part Derating Guideline" document (1983)?

Does anyone have a PDF copy of AFSC Pamphlet 800-27 "Part Derating Guideline", 5 Dec. 1983? It is an old military document for derating electronic components.

I plan to perform parts derating for a simple circuit design based on this guideline, but I only have a document that summarizes this guideline - not the original document itself. I've spent hours searching for it with no luck. Any help obtaining this document is appreciated.
