Moisture detection tag/sticker.

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows of any off the shelf tag or sticker that will change colour permanently after coming in contact with water. Like the ones Apple (supposedly?) uses in their phones.
Something simple, not electronic, to detect immersion even after the device has been dried out.
