Hi all,

Can anyone who can easily ID these TO-247-like MOSFETS (I think that's what they are) please share the data / citation?

Marking example:
HC1214D
49956SOCN
G770636-3      1206
527050

The logo looks like MicroSemi to me, but I have found nothing in their catalog, PCNs, packaging specifications, part lookup to confirm that this is or ever was one of their part numbers.  The marking does not seem to even fit into what seems to now be their standard product family / parametric designation scheme so it doesn't even seem similar to any numbering schemes they now use to me.
I suppose it could be an old part number from before some past change in their device naming or line-up, but, if so, I have found no references to the parametrics or data to support that.

A data sheet link would be ideal, but even basic summary parametrics of voltage / current ratings would be useful.
Thanks for looking in case this is familiar to you!

House marked?

I take it from the picture, you have a bunch of them surplus?  Probably easier to test than to find data.

Thanks for the response, yes, perhaps it is a customer specific marking scheme.  I have a small few I thought I'd identify or test and see if the part would be a useful jellybean or for some particular projects as opposed to a set of distributor sourced ones.

I'd have just checked the drain source breakdown, gate threshold, and on resistance if I had a curve tracer handy, though the measured breakdown voltage could be quite a bit above the rated value.  The on resistance and package type's general characteristics would give some indication of the probable maximum DC and medium pulse width current handling capability.
I should be able to measure the gate capacitance and on channel resistance anyway easily enough at Vgs 10V-15V or so.
