Looking for high side drivers from ST

I need single and dual high side drivers from ST.
Unfortunately they are out of stock "everywhere".

I need:
*   600 pcs. VN800PSTR-E or VN800PS-E or VN800S
* 3600 pcs. VNI2140J

Smaller quantities are also helpful.

Does anyone have these parts?
