Line Filter Design for Digital Circuit

Hi .. please suggest me how to design a Line filter for digital circuit to avoid  EMI and RFI.
I know .1uf caps helps a lot but i want to learn more better filteration

thats better solution
but i am using SMPS for Digital circuit .. any suggestion for LC filter
