data on 3DU11 phototransistor

Hi,
I'm looking for data on a 3DU11 phototransistor. This is a real part number as I do get some google hits on it.
The part is mentioned in a patent of a pest exterminator that i'm trying to repair/improve.

My Googlefu has let me down and I can't find any datasheet on it. Does anyone know it?

Thank you for the info.

The patent that I was reading  Patent No.: US 8,024.888 B2 said that the 3DU11 had an integrated preamp which looks to be a red herring.

"the IR receiver is preferably embodied as an IR photo transistor such as a 3DU11 pin diode with preamp"

I would love to know how you found the data on it, because I tried really hard to find it and I need a few pointers for next time.

Thank you for the URL. I had actually been to that site, but via a search link not through the home page and I couldn't see it! Now I can see the data.

I'm using Chrome to do the translations to English but of course it can only do text not the text in images so that leaves me at a great disadvantage to a fluent Chinese engineer.
