DI 469 Transistor
« on: April 15, 2016, 05:33:49 pm »
So I'm modding some music gear, and looking for anyone who has ever seen this transistor? It's a drum machine that I'm working on, the audio appears to enter the transistor and a trigger signal triggers the audio and transistor at the same time which goes off to a mixing section then on the P.C.B. I'm just looking for data to confirm my thoughts and suspicions; footprint or package type and possible replacement if needs be...
The writing says DI 469 R M on each of them (there's 8...). (I've already done the google on it...no joy)
Thanks

That's pretty much what it appears to be....there's 8 channels of audio, each coming into it's own transistor here, with three resistors and a filter cap...each each channel has a different 'level' resistor... I've traced this section out this section and it appears to be a fixed mix for the Left and Right outputs of audio. There's some individual channel panning going on somewhere too...
