JBC JTSE-2A software problem

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me please
I bought a JBC JTSE-2A Hotair Station and when I switched it in it wanted to do an update, I put the file on the USB and the update started then about 75% of the way through it just hung and never completed.
I removed the USB and the screen went black and now it will not do anything at all. When I switch it on, the screen flashes white for a second then it just goes black. Is there anyway to get the software running on it again as I've tried most things and nothing is working?
