Hi .
please suggest me basic tips for Troubleshooting the circuit.

Experience. The way you go about troubleshooting The Circuit depends completely on what sort of circuit it is and what the problem is. I can't think of a single general troubleshooting tip other than "understand the circuit".
No longer active here - try the IRC channel if you just can't be without me :)

Very generic:

- Isolating the problem to a specific module or part.
- Try to understand the operation of this isolated module/part.

I would add understanding the trouble with the circuit. I can't count the number of times I have to remotely fault find a circuit when the sum total of the trouble shooting information I have had was "It doesn't work" |O

That's all the detail you're going to give us?

The generic basics are:
- study the circuit to understand how it is supposed to work
- measure/verify supply voltages
- isolate what works and what doesn't / divide and conquor
- trace signals
- measure/verify control signals
- measure bias voltages
etc, etc, etc...
